I have a diverse business and legal background in different aspects of the real estate industry. Prior to obtaining my JD and MBA degrees, I spent approximately seven years working in a field construction management capacity for an international industrial construction company. After obtaining my advanced business and law degrees, I practiced law until I was recruited and promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Corporate General Counsel for a multi-state real estate services company (investment based real estate). During this same time, I was the co-founder and owner of a residential title insurance company. In 2007, when the Florida real estate market destabilized, I resigned from the real estate business and returned back to the practice of law. Today, I continue my practice as an Of-Counsel for Manson Bolves Donaldson and Tanner, P.A. and am an on the executive team as Corporate General Counsel and National Sales for Vantage Point Title. Vantage Point Title is one of the nations largest independent title companies, performing residential, commercial, builder, default and wholesale title/escrow services in every state but Hawaii.
In addition to my legal practice, in 2011, I founded and became the real estate broker for Florida Realty Enterprises, LLC (“FRE”). FRE specializes in the Tampa area residential real estate market as well as handles commercial and investment real estate transactions. With my legal background, I have the ability to guide clients through the many issues associated with the Florida real estate market.
