Richard Mullins is a Vice President at Tucker/Hall Inc., one of the region’s most-respected strategic communications firms. Mullins specializes in advising senior-level leadership regarding high-profile and high-risk issues with internal communications, as well as relations with media, the community, elected officials and others. He is presently the advisor of record for several billion dollars’ worth of luxury residential and mixed-use development and construction projects, as well as organizations in broadcasting, law practices and education. Prior to joining Tucker/Hall, Mullins was a business reporter in New York state and Florida. He holds a M.A. from Northwestern University, and has completed training programs at Harvard University, Dale Carnegie the Poynter Institute and other institutions.
