Jon Slater is a Senior Vice President in Lincoln Property Company’s Tampa Bay office, bringing over 30 years of experience in managing complex real estate transactions for office and warehouse space tenants and buyers throughout the United States. With a strong background in finance and a keen understanding of the diverse needs of his clients, Jon is able to enhance space efficiency and maximize lease savings for his clients. His clientele spans across various industries, including banking, engineering, advertising, technology, R&D and defense contracting.
Jon started his career in commercial real estate with Lincoln’s Orlando office in 1993 while attending graduate school. He later relocated to Tampa with Lincoln in 1995 and joined Carter Associates before opening the Tampa office of Studley, Inc. (later Savills), where he gained additional expertise in representing tenants and buyers with the highest level of service for 15 years.
Jon’s notable transactions include acquisitions, leasing and national leases for companies such as Peltz Shoes, International Paper and Lee Hecht Harrison/Drake Beam Morin, Inc. His success in representing clients from various industries and his extensive experience in financial tools and strategies make him an incredible resource to the team.
