As a licensed commercial real estate broker in both Florida and California, Jennifer’s extensive background in analyzing valuations and brokering deals spans various property types, including self-storage facilities, medical office properties, and apartment buildings. Her comprehensive understanding of investment real estate allows her to swiftly evaluate investors’ needs and deliver tailored solutions. She also holds her Series 22 and 63 securities licenses.
Jennifer received the prestigious designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2022, a rigorous program that includes an elite curriculum exemplifying a commitment to ethics and deal-making in Commercial Real Estate. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the organization’s West Coast District in Florida.
